Are you feeling sexy, or feeling sleepy? Either way, this month is for you!

 August is here, and this month we’re excited to be getting into two of our very favourite topics – sex and sleep. We wanted to bring you a great month of content to end the summer, and let’s be honest – who doesn’t like to talk about sex and sleep?


Mark your calendars. We’ve got two great workshops coming up:

Julia Glowinski is a registered social worker, specializing in sleep. She earned an Honors Specialization undergraduate degree in Psychology and a major in Art History at Western University. Julia completed a Master of Social Work at York University and earned a Certificate in Applied Mindfulness Meditation from the University of Toronto. After spending 8 years working in the Crisis Service at Youthdale Treatment Centres, and realizing the strong connection between sleep and mental health, Julia dedicated her social work practice to the area of sleep, as a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) clinician. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Julia has extensive experience working with clients with complex mental health and behavioural issues, as well as providing individual and group therapy in mindfulness and life skills.


Julie Archambault is the author of “Sex Up Your Life”, creative incubator, and empowerment and relationship coach. As the founder of CoCreativeSex—a wellness business committed to powerful lives, powerful relationships, and powerful sex— Julie coaches her clients to step up in their relationships, their sexuality, unleash their creativity, and own their power. She leads online and live workshops on the themes of sexuality, creativity, power, and courageous conversations.


Each workshop is held via Zoom meeting to ensure this opportunity is available to everyone from the safety of their own homes. Please know these workshops are just that – an opportunity to listen and learn, but not in lecture format – we’re trying to teach you about sleep not put you to sleep!
